Change an Existing Flight

Review the current ticket, remaining itinerary and requested replacement flights before evaluating available change options.

Check whether the requested new flight has seats in an eligible fare class. A different flight may involve a fare difference, taxes or other applicable costs.

If a flight is operated by a partner airline or booked through a different travel provider, ticket control and operating-carrier rules may affect who can make the change.

Before requesting assistance

• Confirm the passenger name exactly as shown on the ticket.
• Locate the airline confirmation code and 13-digit ticket number, if issued.
• Identify the ticket issuer and whether any flights have already been flown.
• Prepare the desired travel dates, airports and any alternative flights.
