Who We Are
BookMyReservations is a travel service operated by Shiv Travel & Tours LLC. We help travelers search flight options, arrange eligible flight reservations and review travel-service requests related to tickets we can service.
Shiv Travel & Tours LLC participates in the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) under ARC #31665432. BookMyReservations operates independently and is not an airline.
How BookMyReservations Helps Travelers
Travelers can use BookMyReservations to search available flight itineraries and contact our travel team for assistance. Depending on the ticket and who issued it, our team can also review eligible post-ticketing requests.
- New flight reservations and itinerary options
- Flight date, time and itinerary changes
- International flight rebooking
- Ticket exchange and reissue requests
- Missed-flight and remaining-itinerary review
- Partially used ticket changes
- Cancellation and refund requests where applicable
- Business Class, First Class and Premium Economy travel assistance
Availability, eligibility, fares, fees and ticketing options depend on the applicable airline, fare rules, inventory, ticket status and issuing provider.
Why the Ticketing Source Matters
Air travel servicing can depend on who issued or controls the ticket. A ticket purchased through an airline may need to be serviced by that airline, while a travel-agency-issued ticket may need to be handled by the issuing agency.
If BookMyReservations issued or can service your ticket, we can review the options available to us. If another airline or travel provider controls the ticket, we may need to direct you to that provider rather than promise a transaction we cannot complete.
Independent Travel Agency Status
BookMyReservations is an independent travel service and is not the airline operating your flight. Airline schedules, seat inventory, fares, fare rules and operational decisions are controlled by the applicable airlines and ticketing sources.
Airline names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to airlines on BookMyReservations are used to describe travel itineraries and assistance relating to those carriers and do not imply that BookMyReservations is the airline.
Our Approach to Travel Assistance
Before a ticket change, exchange or other post-ticketing transaction is confirmed, the relevant itinerary, ticket status and available options should be reviewed. For complex international tickets, this can include determining the issuing source, identifying flown and unflown segments, checking replacement availability and reviewing applicable fare differences or charges.
We do not guarantee that every ticket can be changed, rebooked, cancelled or refunded. The available outcome depends on the ticket and applicable rules.
