Missed connection on one through ticket
If a delay on a protected itinerary causes a missed onward flight, contact the operating airline and review its re-accommodation process and applicable passenger rights.
Separate tickets and self-transfers
Flights purchased on separate tickets may not provide the same protection as a single through itinerary. Check each booking and ticket independently.
Check remaining ticket coupons
A missed segment can affect later flights. Verify the status of the return or onward coupons before purchasing a separate replacement.
Premium-cabin replacement flights
Business, First and Suites availability may differ on the next service. Confirm any cabin change and relevant rights before accepting an alternative.
