Is a First Class ticket refundable?
First Class does not automatically mean a fare is refundable. Refund eligibility depends on the specific fare purchased, ticket status, airline or supplier rules and any applicable restrictions.
Refundable and restricted First Class fares
Two First Class tickets on the same route can have different cancellation conditions. Review the fare rules attached to the actual ticket before assuming that a cash refund, credit or change is permitted.
Cancel before scheduled departure
If travel will not occur, request a review before departure whenever possible. No-show provisions and ticket status after departure can affect the remaining options.
